on november 24th. >>> 28-year-old dennis macedo of sunny vale is facing three counts of vehicle manslaughter while intoxicated as well as other charges. macedo slammed into a car saturday night instandly killing three members of one family. family friend remains in critical condition. macedo was speeding away from another crime at the time. >>> this accident happened about 11:40 this morning on san thomas. preliminary reports indicate the car may have veered on to the shoulder and hit the cyclist. investigators say the 20-year- old driver left the scene and went to a pete's coffee store about three miles away where she called her father. the two then returned to the scene. no charges have been filed. >>> police released photos of a man and woman. the female robber approached the victim after they both got off a light rail train and then beat the victim to the ground. this occurred on the evening of february 6. investigators say the male robber then helped steal the purse and both left the scene on their bicycles. anyone with information about the case is asked to contact san jose police. >>
